My name is Anne, the owner of Maretta Studio. In an effort to get to know the face behind the brand, I wanted to share some things about myself. 

*You'll rarely, if ever, find me in the morning without a Starbucks in my hand. Not sponsored, but I wouldn't say no to that! 

*Fresh flowers are one of the simplest joys in life. I would have a fresh bouquet every week if I could. I hope to have a garden to grow my own roses someday. 

*If I have earbuds in, I am most likely listening to a True Crime podcast and not music. 

*I would describe myself as an eternal optimist, and that there is almost nothing out of the realm of possibility if you put in the time and effort to get to where you want to be.

*This blog will not feature recipes. If one appears here someday, it was someone on my team I have yet to hire. 

*I believe the universe is constantly talking to us, we just need to pay attention to what it is saying.

*Being creative is my passion, and I love getting my hands dirty and working on all kinds of projects; from painting rooms, to upholstery, to refinishing lamp bases. Sharing my obsession and excitement with the world is how Maretta Studio and this blog came to be.
